Terms & Conditions1. Any art purchased and exchanged is NOT permissible to be used in blockchain or related re-sellings, and can not be turned into a non-fungible token (NFT).
2. For security reasons, half of the total cost is necessary up-front before any work will begin.
3. Refunds are available for works not started- if work has started you will be refunded based on how much of the commission is already completed and you will receive files of all the work completed up to that point.
4. Before finalizing any linework I will send over sketches to collaborate on making sure your desires are met! If you don't like it, I won't continue; I'm more than happy to make edits first to guarantee satisfaction!
5. Reposting the art you have commissioned is permissible but please give accurate credits! If you aren't sure how to tag me, ask!

6. I am a mentally ill artist, meaning my queue time is not finite and can fluctuate greatly; however, I'm more than willing to do work on a deadline if it is established BEFORE work on the commission has begun.
7. References are preferred; written descriptions will count as a Custom and will result in charges at that price. If you have a pose or composition in mind and aren't an artist yourself, sketch it for me anyways! <33 It'll help me give you what you want!
8. My works cannot be edited, redistributed, or referenced. If you no longer want a design, please contact me to discuss transfer of ownership (I may be inclined to purchase the design back). If I do not have interest, you may sell it for the price you bought it for UNLESS you purchased additional art; only then can you charge higher than the original cost.
9. I have the right to refuse service or cancel a commission at any time for any reason.
10. Failure to comply to these rules or abusive communication will result in being blacklisted.
11. My art cannot be used for AI art and should not be manipulated or used as a prompt for AI.
